Re: Wrexham Council Library Provision Scrutiny Meeting
It seems to mean a review by like personnel to pin point where things can be improved. Academia and medicine also peer review. I had to search for it as hadn't heard of it before.
I hope the libraries survive in some way. I have spent many an hour in my local one.
