New IPC Wrexham Gym set to offer the Personal Touch

A new Wrexham gym is set to offer a distinct work out experience to members through a range of new equipment, martial arts classes and a hands on approach.

IPC, or Inspire Performance Centre is the brainchild of Gavin Rogers and Aaron Aby, both with multiple years experience in the fitness world. The concept is largely based on an American style gym, with a strong emphasis towards contact sports such as boxing and kickboxing, and training facilities to maximise performance in those areas.

The team transformed a disused warehouse in Gwersyllt over the space of 4 months to realise their vision, and now hope the people of Wrexham will engage with such a new approach to fitness. Jon Patey, another fitness expert involved with the project highlighted gym goers don’t need to spend hours working out at this style of gym, they can simply warm up, perform some exercises and complete their workout in the space of 40-45 minutes. Their approach to membership is also flexible, members will not be tied into long-term contracts, these will run on a month-to-month basis with the choice of a membership inclusive of fitness/martial arts classes or simply a gym-only membership.

Gavin & Aaron will also be on hand to offer fitness and nutritional tips, and hope to create a social environment that everyone can enjoy, unlike the latest trends of listening to music and talking to no one which can be commonplace at most gyms!
