We are LIVE from the count in Deeside where Plaid Cymru’s Arfon Jones has won the Police & Crime Commissioner Election

Below has a recording of our live stream from the tail end of the count in Deeside, which should have a ‘PVR’ function to allow rewinding / rewatching of the declaration as well as the speeches from both David Taylor and Arfon Jones – and a quick reaction from Mr Jones as well after the vote.
