General Election 2017 – Wrexham & Clwyd South

As usual we will be covering two constituencies, Wrexham and Clwyd South.

We will be hosting a live debate with all candidates on the evening of 30th May, the only place to view it will be Wrexham.com and our social media accounts.

Wrexham

There are 4 candidates:

Ian Lucas – Welsh Labour
Andrew Atkinson – Welsh Conservatives
Carrie Harper – Plaid Cymru
Carole O’Toole – Welsh Liberal Democrats.

Clwyd South

There are a total of 5 candidates:

Christopher Allen – Plaid Cymru
Jeanette Bassford-Barton – UKIP
Simon Baynes – Welsh Conservatives
Susan Elan Jones – Welsh Labour
Bruce Roberts – Welsh Liberal Democrats

Key Dates:

The deadline to register to vote: Monday 22 May 2017
Deadline to apply for a postal vote: 5pm Tuesday 23 May 2017
Postal votes will be dispatched on 24 May 2017
Deadline to apply for a proxy vote: 5pm Wednesday 31 May 2017

June 8th is election day!
