Glyndwr Amongst Best In Wales For Student Satisfaction
Glyndŵr University is among the best places in Wales for student satisfaction and getting a degree which will lead to a job according to a new league table of universities.
The university has moved up four places in the Complete University Guide 2013 thanks to strong performances in the benchmarks of student satisfaction and career prospects for graduates.
The table rates Glyndŵr second in Wales for the employability of its graduates and in the top three in Wales for teaching quality based on feedback from its students.
Professor Helen James, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Glyndŵr University and executive director of the school for undergraduate studies, said: “We are delighted with this latest university league table. The university prides itself on providing industry relevant courses which help our graduates find employment and once again we are excelling in this area in Wales.
“Glyndŵr University is continuing to invest in improving the student experience and we are pleased that students feel they are benefiting from some of the highest quality teaching at undergraduate level in Wales.”
The Complete University Guide is one of four main national league tables which are published annually to help students and parents make decisions about where to study and which courses to study.
