Wrexham Crematorium

This article is old - Published: Sunday, May 8th, 2011

Pentrebychan Crematorium is the main crematorium in Wrexham based on the site of the former Pentrebychan Hall.

Opened in 1966 the crematorium carries out over 1,600 cremations per year.

Relatives of the deceased have the choice whether to take the remains home or have them strewn in one of the 40 acre site’s four gardens which has numbered plots.

A yearly service is held in memory of loved ones who have been cremated at Pentrebychan, usually in July.
